Manchester Airport passenger numbers top 90% of pre-Covid period

Manchester Airport’s passenger numbers topped 1.6 million in January 2023, more than 90% of those seen pre-pandemic in January 2023 and twice the number a year ago, according to Manchester Airports Group (MAG). MAG, which also owns and runs London Stansted and East Midlands Airports, recorded 3.6 million passengers during  the month, with 1.8 million passing through Stansted.
