The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has approved an additional 28 flights each day, equivalent to 5,600 seats per day, to meet the huge air travel demand in the run up to the Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday which starts on January 22, 2023. The total number of additional flights is 280, with 56,000 seats during that period.
