KfW IPEX-Bank has announced the appointment of Sebastian Blum, who is taking over as head of the mobility sector with responsibility for the maritime industries, aviation and land-based transport sectors. He will assume the role following the early retirement of his predecessor, De Carsten Wiebers. Blum has been working for KfW IPEX-Bank since 2006, where he has been director of the representative office in São Paulo and Team Head in the Maritime Industry and Energy sectors.
