Citi has appointed Munawar Noorani and Joseph Shanahan as the new co-heads of Aviation. Tom Hollahan, the current head, is to retire at the end of the year after a career spanning four decades at the bank.  Noorani has been heading the Citi aviation banking franchise in EMEA and the Asia-Pacific region, a role he has held since 2015. Shanahan has had industry coverage responsibility globally for the leasing sector and has been the senior banker covering the Americas.
