Neste, ITOCHU Corporation and Fuji Oil Company have joined hands to supply sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), locally-blended with conventional jet fuel, to Japan. In this partnership, ITOCHU imported unblended Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel into Japan where the fuel was locally blended with conventional fossil jet fuel in cooperation with Fuji Oil Company. A portion of the blended SAF has been delivered to Chubu Centrair International Airport. With this delivery Chubu Airport became the third airport in Japan where Neste produced SAF is commercially available.
