United Airlines is investing $33 million in buying land in Denver as part of its growth strategy, including expanding its pilot training facility citing strategic location of Denver.  Over 400 United Airlines flights take off and land at Denver International airport daily with a majority of them being connecting flights for passengers. United Airlines is planning to purchase 46 hectares of land in two parcels, the first parcel is at 1761 E. 64th Avenue, just outside Denver International Airport.
