Oman Air has extended the codeshare with Thai Airways International to carry the Oman Air flight number on flights from Bangkok to Sydney and vice versa. As May 2023, Thai Airways flights between Bangkok and Melbourne will be designated with the WY flight number, and as of 29 October 2023, Thai Airways services between Bangkok and Sydney will be covered by the same codeshare arrangement.
