British Airways flights diverted from Ben-Gurion Airport after Gaza rockets

British Airways has been forced to divert two flights bound for Ben-Gurion Airport in Tel-Aviv due to rocket-fire from the Gaza Strip. One of the International Airlines Group (IAG) carrier’s flights landed instead in Larnaca on Cyprus on May 10, with the other sent to Athens before returning to London, according to flight tracking data. Ben-Gurion Airport said the airport has been operating as usual despite the rocket fire, which has continued into May 12 after Israeli air force strikes into the Gaza Strip. The mid-May flare-up, which is ongoing, followed a March suspension of operations at Ben-Gurion Airport due
