Nina Öwerdieck is to stay on as Brussels Airlines’ chief financial officer for five more years, the Lufthansa Group airline’s board has announced. Öwerdieck has been part of the Brussels Airlines’ management board since 2020 and, the airline said, guided it through the “corona” pandemic with Dorothea von Boxberg, the chief executive, and Tilman Reinshagen, the chief operations officer. “Under Nina’s leadership, Brussels Airlines has been able to exit the worst crisis ever in its history by achieving a very strong financial third quarter result in 2022,” said Christina Foerster, a member of the Lufthansa Group Executive Board and chairwoman
