Air India finalises Boeing order of 290 jets

Air India has finalised an order for up to 290 new Boeing jets and expanded services at the Paris Air Show. Boeing and Air India held an official signing ceremony to celebrate Air India’s historic deal announced in February 2023. The order includes 190 737 MAXs, 20 787 Dreamliners and 10 777X jets with options for 50 737 MAXs and 20 787 Dreamliners. This is Boeing’s highest order in South Asia and reflects on almost a century-long Boeing-Air India partnership.
