Leonardo has announced the completion of the sale by US-based subsidiary Selex ES  of its air navigation radio aids business, to Indra Air Traffic. Indra is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Spanish company Indra Sistemas. The closing of the transaction followed what Leonardo said were the “customary regulatory clearances”.
