IATA, Deloitte develop airport ownership and regulation guidance

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Deloitte have published guidance materials for governments considering public-private partnerships (PPP) and other forms of privatization programs for airport infrastructure. “Airports provide critical infrastructure.
