SKYCO Leasing inks deal for six H175 helicopters

Chinese state-owned company, belonging to China’s Guangdong Province, SKYCO International Financial Leasing has signed a contract with Airbus Helicopters for six H175 helicopters. The H175s will be deployed by the Guangdong Government for disaster relief, medical services, search and rescue missions. “We are proud that the Guangdong Provincial Government has chosen Airbus Helicopters to carry out this ambitious cooperation project together,” said Airbus Helicopters CEO Bruno Even. The two companies have also agreed on the reinforcement of Airbus Helicopters’ presence in the province, which includes joint development of support and services activities.
