Ethiopian celebrates International Women’s Day with all-female operated flight to London

Ethiopian Airlines is celebrating International Women’s Day with an all-female operated flight from Addis Ababa to London Heathrow. The flight will be commanded by Captain Kalkidan Girma, the airline’s female captain of the A350. “This all-women-functioned flight initiative not only empowers women but also sends a powerful message about gender equality,” said Girma. “We want to inspire future generations of female aviators”.
