Garmin has expanded coverage of its Garmin Navigation Database to now include Europe, which had been previously available to aircraft owners and operators in the Americas. “The expansion of the Garmin Navigation Database to include European data has been a multi-year goal of ours, and we are thrilled to now offer European customers an all-Garmin database solution for their Garmin avionics systems,” said Garmin vice president of aviation sales and marketing Carl Wolf. The Garmin Navigation Database for Europe provides foundational information needed for precise GPS navigation throughout the departure, enroute, arrival and approach.
