Smiths Detection passenger scanner gets anti-terrorism designation in the US

UK-based Smiths Detection has announced that its CT passenger screening system, the HI-SCAN 6040 CTiX, has been designated a “terrorism deterring technology” by the Department of Homeland Security in the US.
