UK air traffic services provider NATS has appointed Warren East as non-executive chair of the board, succeeding Dr Paul Golby, who has held the role for the last ten years. The new appointment is effective as of September 1 2024. East served as CEO of Rolls-Royce between 2015 and 2022, prior to which he spent almost 20 years with ARM Holdings, including 12 as CEO.
