Horizon Aircraft, an eVTOL developer company, has appointed CEO Brandon Robinson as chairman of its new board of directors along with four other members. The board will serve as the company goes public after the Horizon’s merger with SPAC Pono Capital Three. “Each member brings distinct operating skills that will help us execute sharply as we move into 2024,” said Robinson. Horizon Aircraft chief operating officer Jason O’Neill will also serve as director. The other members comprise of independent directors; John Maris, John Pinsent, and Trisha Nomura.
