Airbus shareholders have approved all resolutions at the French manufacturer’s 2024 AGM, held on April 10 in Amsterdam, including the appointment of a non-executive director and the renewal of current non-executive directors. Chairman René Obermann’s three-year board mandate was renewed, following which he was formally reappointed chairman of the board in a separate meeting held after the AGM. The mandates of three fellow non-executive directors Victor Chu, Jean-Pierre Clamadieu and Amparo Moraleda were also renewed.
