Universal Avionics widens Dassault Falconeye repair offering

Universal Avionics (UA) is to do repairs on the Dassault FalconEye product line at its Tucson-based Part 145 station. The fix option is to add UA’s established repair capabilities on enhanced vision systems for aircraft, the company said, and will boost Dassault’s  ramping-up production of its aircraft with FalconEye Combined Vision System (CVS), which uses synthetic, database-driven terrain mapping with multi-sensor camera inputs to provide pilots with enhanced situational awareness through its heads-up display. “These technologies enable safer approaches during adverse weather conditions and terrain. FalconEye lets you approach every mission with a greater level of confidence,” said UA.
