Kenya Airways has signed a long-term contract for the supply of aircraft components with Lufthansa Technik. As per the contract Lufthansa Technik will provide Total Component Support (TCS) for the airline’s long-haul fleet comprising of nine Boeing 787-8s. Lufthansa Technik won over this contract after a rigorous bidding process. The contract covers the classic MRO and supply of components but also an AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support, various parts-pooling and logistics services.
