IHI, Japanese engine manufacturer has deployed Rusada’s ENVISION software in an attempt to transition into maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) process. Prior to switching to Rusada, IHI’s team used an array of spreadsheets and paper records to manage their library of task cards which caused numerous issues. This included the continuous updating of task card data upon OEM maintenance manual revisions, as well as the inability to record inspection results on the cards themselves. “Our previous process was far too time consuming and made it difficult for regulators to see the decisions we had made and why” said Tomoyuki Chida,
