Aviation Integrated Services Group (AISG) has announced the closing of a joint venture (JV) between its fully controlled affiliate, SO Tech ehf and Argentinian local operator, Condor Aviation Services (CAS). The JV will provide line maintenance services in Argentina at four airports initially: AEP & EZE (both in Buenos Aires), MDZ and COR; under SO Tech’ EASA Part 145 certification and RAAC Part 145 authorization with certified staff. Launch customers include European and Latin American airlines. Expansion plans to other Argentinian airports are underway,  together with the opening of operations in ASU (Asuncion de Paraguay) which started last September providing services
