On September 28 2023,  Cargolux Airlines International closed its fifth Japanese operating lease with call option (JOLCO) transaction, refinancing a Boeing 747-8 freighter aircraft.   Crédit Agricole CIB acted as overall arranger, facility agent, and, together with HSBC and KDB, mandated lead arranger and lender.  Allen & Overy and Addleshaw Goddard acted for Cargolux, while Norton Rose Fulbright and Linklaters acted for the lenders.
