ALC reports Q2 2018 performance

In a trading update, Air Lease Corporation (ALC) confirms that it fleet, as of June 30, 2018, was comprised of 271 owned aircraft and 49 managed aircraft, with commitments to acquire a total of 358 new aircraft for delivery through 2023. ALC purchased 18 aircraft during the second quarter of 2018 and took delivery of 14 new aircraft from its orderbook including: six 737 MAX 8s, three 787-9s, three A321neos and two A350-900s. Also during the second quarter, ALC issued $500 million of 3.875% unsecured senior notes due 2023, and the lessor amended and extended a four-year unsecured revolving credit
