Vertical Aerospace Lists on NYSE Following Merger with Broadstone

Vertical Aerospace Group (Vertical) has closed a business combination with Broadstone Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company. Vertical Aerospace’s ordinary shares will begin trading today under the ticker (EVTL) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
