UTAIR FOURTH BOND ISSUE DECLARED VOID

The Federal Financial Markets Service has declared the fourth bond issue of UTair-Finance void because of its failure to place stocks. UTair had planed to place 2.5 million four-year bonds at RUB 1000 par value with 16 quarterly coupons. The issue 4-04-36059-R was registered on May 27, 2008. There are two bond issues in circulation worth RUB 3 billion, as well as the 03 series bonds worth RUB 2 billion.
