Surf Air completes the acquisition of Southern Airways

Surf Air Mobility closed the transaction between Surf Air Mobility and Southern Airways prior to the listing of Surf Air Mobility on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SRFM” on July 27, 2023.
