Air Lease prices public offering of $500 million of senior unsecured medium-term notes

Air Lease has priced its public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.100% senior unsecured medium-term notes, which are due March 1, 2029. The sale of the notes is expected to close on January 24, 2024. The notes will mature on March 1, 2029 and will bear interest at a rate of 5.100% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears on March 1 and September 1 of each year, commencing on September 1, 2024. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, the purchase of commercial aircraft and the repayment of existing
