Chinese urban air mobility technology company EHang has completed the debut flight of its EH216-S pilotless eVTOL aircraft. The aircraft took flight off the coast of the Costa Rican province of Guanacaste. “EHang is pleased to see EH216-S pilotless eVTOL flying for the first time in Latin America, demonstrating safe, efficient and sustainable Advanced Air Mobility for everybody, in Costa Rica,” said EHang chief operating officer Europe and Latin America Victoria Xiang. The event was organised by vertiport designer and managing company Bluenest by Globalvia.
