Boeing and the United States are launching an initiative to catalyse the development and use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) ) among Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) member countries. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), US Department of Transportation and Boeing will sponsor a project in APEC’s Transportation Working Group, aiming to address potential challenges for APEC economies in creating and growing SAF markets.
