Etihad Cargo has collaborated with Awery Aviation Software to implement a customised version of Awery’s enterprise resource planning system, helping the cargo provider manage its cargo chartering programme. The partnership was initiated by a global surge in e-commerce deliveries, which has seen Etihad Cargo receive a 35% interest in charter requests. In 2023, the provider operated 262 charter flights, an overall 23% increase compared to the previous year.
