Atlas Air has taken delivery of a 777 freighter. The aircraft will operate on behalf of Atlas Air’s customer MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA. Atlas Air is now operating four 777 Freighters on a global basis for MSC. The new aircraft will complement the existing weekly service, including a route from Hong Kong to Fort Worth, Dallas. MDC vice president of air cargo Anders Matikka said: “this new and enhanced fleet will empower us to elevate our offering, ensuring enhanced support for our valued clients and a stronger presence in the market.”
