Vijay Mallya, the once head of Kingfisher Airlines, has been arrested by the London Metropolitan Police’s extradition unit “on behalf of the Indian authorities in relation to accusations of fraud”. Mallya faces charges of financial irregularities Kingfisher Airlines and is due to appear in court today.
