Vietjet adds new China service

Vietjet has further expanded its Vietnam to China service as it is set to become the first carrier to operate a direct route between Ho Chi Minh City and Xi’an. The route will commence on April 29 2024 and will operate four direct return flights a week. ‘Xi’an, the capital of Shaanzi Province of China’s Northwestern region, is the ancient city that served as the capital for thirteen dynasties in China,’ details VietJet. The new service augments existing routes to Shanghai and Chengdu flights, which commenced earlier this year.
