The Star Alliance has moved quickly to re-establish connections to the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana in the wake of its partner Adria Airways’ collapse. SWISS will be offering a new service to the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana, departing five times weekly from its hub at Zurich Airport, commencing 16 October. The service, which will use Airbus A220 aircraft, will then move to daily from 27 October. This is the latest in a number of Star Alliance partner airlines moving to service Slovenian routes. Lufthansa will operate twice-daily services from Frankfurt and daily services from Munich, commencing over 27 October – 1
