In a bid to streamline its operations, Malaysia Airlines has confirmed that it is divesting its indirect 8.84% share in Asia-Pacific travel distributor Abacus International. Malaysia Airlines is one of 11 airlines selling their combined 65% stake in Abacus to Sabre Corp, announced this week.
