LATAM Airlines Group will appoint a new CEO in March 2020 following the announcement that Enrique Cueto Plaza will step down from the role. The airline will promote its current chief commercial officer Roberto Alvo Milosawlewitsch to the role on March 31 2020. This announcement follows a planned succession process that began last year, the airline said. LATAM’s board made the unanimous decision to appoint RobertoAlvo, taking into consideration 18 years of experience in the company with successful roles in finance, fleet, planning and in recent years, leading its commercial area.
