IndiGo has introduced 16 additional flights to meet the increasing demand ahead of the long weekend leading up to Republic Day. The additional capacity will be effective from January 19, 2023 to January 26, 2023. The additional flights are mainly on non-trunk routes and will increase capacity on sectors including Bengaluru-Ahmedabad, Chennai-Ahmedabad, Bengaluru-North Goa, Mumbai-Rajkot, Raipur-Mumbai, Kolkata-Guwahati, Guwahati-Agartala, and Port-Blair-Chennai.
