Himalaya Airlines resumed its Kathmandu (KTM) – Beijing (PKX) service after a three-year COVID induced hiatus. The Nepal-based airline will serve this route on its sole A319-100 once a week on Saturday. The carrier’s A319 has an all-economy class layout in a typical three-three configuration and can carry a total of 144 passengers. If the demand on the route increases the airline is planning to switch the A319 with one of its three larger A320-200 aircraft.
