Hainan Airlines subsidiary Fuzhou Airlines was due to make its inaugural flight today but it has now been delayed until the end of October. Fuzhou expects to receive its operating license from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) this month. The carrier will take delivery of its first 737 aircraft on October 11.
