Saskatchewan Canada purchases four Dash 8-400 airtankers

Saskatchewan Canada has purchased four Dash 8-400 airtankers for the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA), consisting of two Q400At and two Q400MRE models, to carry our firefighting activities.
