IFS secures aircraft fleet retirement consignment agreement

Arizona-based Infinity Trading & Solutions (IFS) has announced a partnership and aircraft retirement agreement with Gorm Asset Management which will cover an unspecified number of B737-700/-800 aircraft over a multi-year contract. This deal will strengthen ITS position in the sector for managing full fleet retirements and surplus material consignment for airlines, leasing companies, MROs and OEMs globally and enable Dublin-based Gorm Asset Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nordic carrier SAS, to expand its footprint  In a statement Bo Lump, ITS VP of Sales, said the tie-up would enable the firm to strengthen its ability to support it 737NG customers globally
