Boeing expecting another major order from Riyadh Air

Boeing is expecting second major deal in Saudi Arabia with Riyadh Air of about 150 737 MAX jets, Bloomberg reports. Riyadh Air has a requirement of about 300 to 4000 single-aisle jets in total, including options for more, sources claim. “Talks are complicated, with timing and structure still in flux, and Airbus SE could also claim a portion of the order,” Bloomberg quotes a source familiar with the matter asking not to be identified since discussions are private. Riyadh Air has already placed an order with Boeing for a combined 78 Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
