Ethiopian Airlines will launch a service between Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso and Freetown, Sierra Leone. The flights will operate three times a week and commence from May 31, 2024. “This new route, set to launch in May 2024, will not only provide our passengers with more options for travel, but also facilitate increased tourism, trade and investment opportunities between Ethiopia, Sierra Leone and Burkina Faso,” said Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO Mesfin Tasew. The service will be operated by its 787-800 aircraft.
