Austrian Airlines is to expand its “touristic program[me]” in its winter flight schedule by adding Seville, Rovaniemi and Kittilä as destinations. “With the expansion of our market, we successfully position ourselves as the number one airline in Austria and at the Vienna hub,” says Michael Trestl, chief commercial officer. The carrier will fly to 86 destinations, 70 of them continental and 16 intercontinental, during winter 2023, when it will retain summer route additions such as Porto, Marseille and Vilnius. “We want to give our customers the opportunity to discover new places and collect unforgettable travel experiences,” said Trestl.
