Latvian national carrier airBaltic is to offer additional ‘special pop-up flights’ this summer season, serving increased passenger demand to selected destinations for a time-limited period. These will include a domestic service between Riga and Latvia, and additional flights from Tallin, Estonia to Palma de Mallorca, Spain. President and CEO of airBaltic Martin Gauss described the short-term routes as offering “seamless, temporary travel options directly tied to consumer demand and special events,” enabling the airline to provide heightened flexibility. Riga to Liepaja flights (scheduled from July 11-22 and August 1-5) will operate twice a week, while services from Tallin to Palma
