AirAsia X has seen a significant upturn in passenger numbers with 890,289 passengers carried in the fourth quarter of 2023, up from 336,954 carried in the same period a year prior, marking a 2.6x increase. Capacity also increased 2.6x at 1,088,844 in Q4 2023, up from 427,384 in Q4 2022. Load factor increased from 79% in Q4 2022 to 82% in Q4 2023. The full year results for the company were also significantly positive, with 2,822,605 passengers carried in 2023 compared to 417,195 in 2022, marking a 6.8x increase.
