Aircraft Recycling International Limited (ARI), a member company of China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings (CALC), has appointed Alistair Dibisceglia as SVP – Technical with immediate effect. He will support the development of the new aircraft disassembly facility under construction in Harbin.
