Leonardo and Abu Dhabi Aviation in deal for six AW139s

Leonardo has announced a deal with Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) for six AW139 intermediate twin engine helicopters, with the aircraft expected to be delivered over 2024-2026. “This contract further strengthens the partnership between Leonardo and ADA, which has constantly grown over the years both in terms of latest generation platform supply and advanced customer support services,” said Gian Piero Cutillo, managing director of Leonardo Helicopters. “This purchase of additional AW139s will ensure ADA has a state-of-the-art capable aircraft to support our continued growth in the industry”, said Abu Dhabi Aviation, which has 33 Leonardo helicopters which are mostly used to
